What are the return terms?

We do not refund. You have a period of 14 days (from the reception of the package) to send it to the head office: the return costs is your responsibility. A credit note will be issued by the head office to use in the next 6 months exclusively on the website. 

How do I return or exchange an item?

RETURN TO STORE: You have a period of 14 days (from the reception of the package) to exchange in store only OR to benefit from a credit note issued by the head office usable in the following 6 months exclusively on the website.  (It is necessary to have previously opened an account associated with your email address on femmedecarriere.com to receive a credit note)

Exchanges are accepted only with original tags hanging on unworn garments.

Please return unworn clothes with their original tags.

Can femme de carriere product purchased through femme de carriere online be returned to an independent retailer or to femme de carriere’s boutiques?

Yes. You have a period of 14 days (from the reception of the package) to exchange in store only OR to benefit from a credit note issued by the head office usable in the following 6 months exclusively on the website. 

Can femme de carriere product purchased through an independent retailer be returned through femme de carriere online?

No. All products purchased through one of our independent retailers, must be returned to the store in which they were purchased. We cannot dictate or intervene in independent store exchange or return policies.

Can femme de carriere product purchased outside Canada be returned, exchanged or refunded online?

No. According to policies, All products purchased outside Canada, are final Sales and Can not be returned, exchanged or refunded.
